For a limited time, Velvet Stories offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and European Union.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, provided in your shipping confirmation email.

While most shipments are delivered within the timeframes mentioned above, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier delays, public holidays). Stock & Availability

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you immediately. You will have the option to:

• Cancel your order and receive a full refund

You are under no obligation to accept a substitute product.

Delays & Force Majeure

If your order is delayed due to events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, severe weather), the estimated delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Prepayment Policy for High-Risk Orders

For certain international orders (e.g. outside the UK/EU, or where there's a high payment risk), we reserve the right to request full prepayment before shipping.
